A Touch of Class

The anniversary of 9/11 has once again come and gone.  Filled with a weekend of events, television shows, and media documentaries and tributes, the emotions of the day are again sparked in our hearts and minds.  It is only after the tragedy and efforts of so many people, that we can reflect and show our respect to those that sacrificed so much.

I was reminded of how not only private but also corporate citizens have paid tribute and shown respect for our heroes when I received the Budweiser Clydesdale’s tribute.  They only aired it once so as not to benefit financially from it – they just wanted to acknowledge the tragic event.  This is so consistent with a company who always does things with a ton of class!  Can you imagine what the cost was considering production, air time, etc.?   I had forgotten about this commercial until now…. it is quite moving.

Talk about a picture being worth a thousand words!  From the beginning to the end, it needs no words to describe.
